Marta
While she was born in Montreal, it’s her Scottish heritage that Marta thanks for her fiery enthusiasm and unshakeable morals. Combine that with her volunteering at Ukrainian school on weekends, and you’d think that this lady is all business. But don’t jump to conclusions yet, because anyone who knows her knows that she’s a blast to go to a comedy club or hockey game with, and a real challenge in a friendly game of cards. In the end, its Marta’s winning mix of friendliness and professionalism that dazzles every caller that comes her way. And did we mention she bakes the best bread too? That’s just another reason why we love having her on board.
Denis
Ask anyone to describe Denis in one word, and more often than not, you’ll get “meticulous”. This Chateauguay native has an attention to detail like no other, and considering his interests are analytical chemistry and craft-making, it’s not surprising. But that’s only half the equation: in truth, it’s his loyalty and compassion that elevates Denis from a good operator to a great one. He cares deeply about the environment and the needs of others, and when he’s done making your customers feel truly important, Denis likes to unwind by taking long drives on the weekends, dancing the night away, and dreams of someday seeing the pyramids. All work and no play don’t make the best receptionists, and Denis is scientific proof of that.
Danny
Danny is our office wildcard, always ready to brighten someone’s day with a riddle or a joke, and he keeps his coworkers smiling through even the gloomiest rainy days. But as much as this born-and-raised Montrealer likes to cheer up his colleagues, he never forgets that your customers deserve to hang up the phone feeling a little happier too. This student of the culinary arts knows that the recipe to a terrific call is equal parts precision, patience and positivity, and the secret ingredient: treating every call like with the utmost respect and determination. Our pal Dan applies this same can-do attitude to life in general, whether it’s an exciting round of billiards with his friends from school, making the most out of a live rock show, or powering through that stack of kung-fu movies and comic books in his room (that just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger!). Danny is already ready to make you smile, but to him, the complete satisfaction of your callers is no joke.
Connie
There’s a little township in Sicily called Piazza Armerina, and besides its beautiful renaissance architecture, the best thing to come out of it is our teammate Connie. Bursting with creative energy yet tempered by focus and a sense of fair play, our compassionate colleague will charm your clients with her know-how and friendly demeanor. Outside of the office, Connie keeps cool by indulging in soft jazz, reading mystery novels and sampling custard desserts (her one weakness). You can trust Connie to take great care of your calls, because to her, everyone deserves to be treated with equality and respect.
Christine
Christine is still your average, fun-loving gal who likes nothing more than to spend her day off shopping, and then an evening at home , cuddling her cat, eating some Greek take-out and watching cartoons. Some answering services are content with taking good messages. But to Christine, just good isn’t good enough. A hard-working, independent young lady, Christine wants only the best for herself and others. She keeps in top shape through Yoga, keeps her mind sharp with her women’s studies classes, and her spirit energized with social activism (and police dramas or anything involving the “irresistible Ashton Kutcher” (her words, not ours). Christine takes her life and your callers very seriously, but that won’t stop her from smiling the whole time.
Meg
Meg comes to us from the Isle of Wight U.K. She has been a dedicated employee for 24 years. Meg is the Manager of First Impressions for Answer Plus and is referred to by many as the voice of Answer Plus. Meg’s special talent for story telling and her dry wit is loved by all. She is known for her knowledge of trivia, any questions you have on tunes from the last 7 decades ask Meg, she will have the answer. The thing that makes her smile the brightest is talking about her grandchildren.
Marlene
Marlene is a local girl, from Etobicoke Ontario and has held many responsibilities in the last 26 years. She has a very special interest in the 70′s music, especially anything by Benny Mardones. You can hear her humming his biggest hit “Into the Night”. In fact she is the president of his fan club. Marlene is the proud mother of 2 boys and spends her spare time volunteering as their cub leader.
Krista
For the past 22 years Krista’s laughter has been heard throughout the walls of Answer Plus. Her sense of humor and easy going nature makes her an outstanding choice for the Answer Plus trainer. Her dream was to be a cosmetologist making others look great, as the Answer Plus trainer she spends her time making the Answer Plus CSR’s sound great. She is happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Krista’s hobbies are track and field, high jumping, and singing.
Yasmin
For 21 years Yasmin has been an integral part of the Answer Plus team. She has assisted in training, coaching, and team leading. For all potluck events you can count on Yasmin for bringing the best tasting Samosa’s available. Yasmin spends many weekends camping with her husband and 3 children. If not at the camp grounds she is camped out at the local coach store.
Shaferan
Shaferan has been with Answer Plus for 21 years and she is dedicated not only to the company but to her fellow employees who refer to as “Mom”. When she is not nurturing her co-workers she spends her spare time devoted to her children and grandson. Her favorite weekend getaway place is Niagara Falls, Ontario.
