Disaster Preparedness Support

A client of AnswerPlus was forced to evacuate their offices due to a city-wide environmental disaster. It was imperative that clients and staff throughout the community be able to communicate with field personnel throughout the entire incident, which lasted for 10 days. AnswerPlus quickly became ‘command central’,  answering all calls for the client and routing calls or messages to the appropriate personnel until it was safe to return to their place of business.
