Health & Safety Due Diligence Services

Bill C 45 within the Canadian Health and Safety Act charges employers in the service sector with the legal responsibility for minimizing safety hazards for their technicians working alone or within confined entry spaces. AnswerPlus has engineered an Employee Safety Buddy System to address this critical safety initiative.

Field personnel simply call a number, identify themselves to our system and indicate that they are leaving to go to a job site. The technician’s name, their exact location, mobile contact number and all pertinent details are recorded. Answerplus then maintains contact with the technician while they are in the field, logging all contacts and escalating to senior management if contact cannot be made.

All contacts are automatically dated, timed, and digitally voice recorded.
