We wanted to provide a quick update to communicate how AnswerPlus is currently managing and addressing, the COVID-19 pandemic.   

Our primary concern has been the health and safety of both our employees and our clients.  Our technology has allowed us to quickly increase our infrastructure, replicating the framework that we currently have in-house.   We are happy to report that, as of today, 90% of our workforce is remote and fully functioning.

As many of you have started working from home, or will soon be working from home, please know that we are available, and able, to take your calls 24/7. With such an unprecedented environment, we realize, however, that your call volume needs may have changed dependent on your redundancy plans, technology, your industry, and your current staffing requirements.  Furthermore, drastic changes to on-call information or dispatching protocols may now be in place.

Having the most up-to-date information allows us to better staff for your call volume and better able to manage your calls, following the most up to date information.
