First off yes, I do know that Christmas was almost a month ago. But you know, just because a holiday has passed does not mean we cannot look back on it. I’m not sure how we became a society afraid to reflect on a pleasant holiday experience… (Seriously, what’s up that?) So on that pleasant note. I wanted to take this opportunity to demonstrate to everyone just what it is that makes our Call Center so different from the many other call centers from those in the GTA, Hamilton and all the way out to Montreal. (And more, but let’s keep it simple for today)

Also, if you have read any of my other holiday blogs you know that I speak very highly of the difference between AnswerPlus and other inbound call centers. However, I’m sure there are many skeptics and so, as a firm believer in ‘video/pictures or it didn’t happen’ I’m going to show you exactly what I’m talking about. So, without further adieu, I introduce to you An Answerplus Christmas.
