Lets start of with the most obvious change, the removal of walls. As you all know, we are renovating our call centre to create more space, our family is growing and we need a better and more comfortable    space for our operators. The walls in operations are coming down, as we as the walls in what use to be the office of John, (the manager of our  financial  department). Here there will be a new office for huddles and meetings.

Next we move on to the Office of Dana Lloyd, AnswerPlus COO. Well, we should say what WAS Dana’s office, it’s gone now. For now it is where the switchboards are being held / protected from the dust. (Don’t worry I removed the corner of the tarp so you could see, the switchboards are safe!)

And last but not least the floors, oh wow the floors. We had our carpets taken up and underneath we found these tiles. Now we seem to be split in the office, some love it and some hate it. Personally, I would cover them yesterday but I can appreciate the vintage feel and look.

We unearthed these vintage tiles beneath our carpet, personally I'll be happy when they are covered again.

This is just the first layer of renovations. I’m looking forward to showing you the progress as we move forward. 2014 has certainly been a year of positive change for AnswerPlus.
