We are a customer service focused call centre. In one day we do everything from entering orders, processing donations and aiding people with emergencies such as fire, flood and loss of power. We text doctors when patients are experiencing pain and we create trouble tickets when IT systems crash.

Our CSRs work as a dynamic team and we are looking for people who have a sincere desire to help others and the willingness to learn new things every day. We are a growing company with advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help our callers resolve issues and questions by phone, email or chat.
  • Accurately take down details needed by our clients.
  • Sharing information about our clients with callers.
  • Making suggestions to callers of other offerings.
  • Offer an excellent, friendly and professional customer experience.

What Skills You Need:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 40 wpm keyboarding skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Very good writing skills.
