Sandra Bates, Montreal VP of Operations
When AnswerPlus decided to offer in house Bilingual Call Center services in 2008, we knew it would take a very special person to see that it succeeded.
We had a very specific personality in mind. Whomever took on the task would need to be driven and compassionate, with excellent customer service skills. Most importantly, it would have to be someone who embraced our desire to put our Virtual Receptionists first, 100% of the time.
Sandra has not only grown into her role, she has flourished in it. Under her leadership, our Montreal Call Center has won multiple awards for outstanding customer service. These awards are an extremely impressive accomplishment as our Montreal team members have more than quadrupled since they began operations.
A dedicated mother of two, Sandra embraces the challenges that come from managing a new office. Much of which can be attributed to her belief that thinking ahead, and preventing problems before they arise, is one of the best tools for delivering customer service w hich not only exceeds the accepted status quo, but becomes the new standard.
